The DECC have confirmed a reduction in the RHI tariffs for domestic and non-domestic biomass solutions.
Domestic biomass solutions – the incentive payments will drop by 20% reducing the tariff from 8.93p to 7.14p per kWh.
Non-domestic biomass solutions (small) – the incentive payments will drop by 25% reducing the tariff from 5.87p to 4.4p per kWh.
This degression will apply to applications submitted from 1st July 2015.
The tariffs for air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and solar thermal are not affected.
